As an independent insurance agency, the Prindle Insurance Agency, has severed the insurance needs of Northwest Connecticut for over 50 years. To respond to your insurance needs we may need to collect personal information about you, your family and or business.We are committed to protecting your privacy and earning your trust. This notice describes the information we collect about you and how we use and protect it. This policy applies to both our current and former customers. In addition , we comply with state and federal laws which require insurance agencies to notify you about how we intend to treat your nonpublic personal information that you have entrusted to us.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you on applications or other forms.
Information about your transactions with us or other forms.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Information we gather which may be required from other public sources.
Unless we specifically state otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Notice, we will collect no additional information about you from you or any other source.
We will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
